Buffalo State faculty, staff, and graduate students contributed two case studies to the ACPA—College Student Educators International’s winter edition of Developments 19 (4):

Hermen Díaz III, assistant professor of higher education administration (HEA), and Andres Vasquez, graduate assistant in Residence Life and HEA graduate student, published “A Heavy Lift: The Impact of the Resident Assistant Position,” coauthored with Buffalo State HEA graduate students Shelbymarie Amos, ’21, Jasmine Samano, and Carly Livingston.

Tiffany Bromfield, associate director of residence life and inclusion, published “‘Why Do Some Think My People Don’t Belong?’ Being Black and Undocumented in College,” along with coauthor Stephen Santa-Ramirez.
