Jean F. Gounard, director, International Student Affairs, and the vice-president for advocacy of the Fulbright Association’s Western New York/Northwestern Pennsylvania Chapter spoke on future projects and funding of the Fulbright Program at the fall Fulbright Conference of the chapter held at SUNY Fredonia on October 15.
