Achievements

Joonyeong Kim, assistant professor, Chemistry, published a paper titled “Investigations of Chemical Modifications of Amino-Terminated Organic Films on Silicon Substrates and Controlled Protein Immobilization” in Langmuir 26 (4): 2599–2608. In the article, biological activities of proteins immobilized on silicon surfaces via three different chemical linkers were investigated for potential applications in forensic sciences.
