Achievements

Kim Truesdell, associate professor, Elementary Education and Reading, with literacy specialist Jessica Elggren, '08, '10, and literacy specialist master's candidate, Katie Sclafani, presented "It Truly Takes a Village:  Developing a Nontraditional College-Community Partnership to Increase Teacher Candidates' Global Awareness through Children's Literature" at the 56th International Reading Association annual conference in Orlando.
