Lisa A. Rafferty, assistant professor, Exceptional Education, presented “A Step-by-Step Guide to Implementing Self-Monitoring” at the 56th annual convention of the New York State Council for Exceptional Children, held in Niagara Falls, New York, October 23 and 24.
