Achievements

Zhang Jie, professor of sociology and director of the Center for China Studies, published his paper "Social Support Moderates the Effects of Self-Esteem and Depression on Quality of Life among Chinese Rural Elderly in Nursing Homes" in the Archives of Psychiatric Nursing 31 (2): 197–204. The study's coauthors were Yaoyao Sun, Dan Zhang, Yang Yang, Menglian Wu, Hui Xie, Jihui Jia, and Yonggang Su.
