Join us to celebrate Buffalo State Day at Old Fort Niagara in Youngstown, New York, on Wednesday, June 18, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Observe the students in the 2025 Buffalo State Archaeological Field School as they excavate a portion of a Revolutionary-War-period officers’ barracks. Tour the French Castle, enjoy the grounds, and see the Visitor Center. Historical demonstrations run from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Buffalo State students, faculty, staff, and their families can visit free of charge with a valid Buffalo State ID card.
