Today's Message

Enjoy the tastes and sounds of Mardi Gras in the Resident Student Dining Facility. Ron Davis (aka LeeRon Zydeco) will be performing today, Tuesday, March 8, from noon to 1:00 p.m. Davis is a local musician who plays Cajun and Zydeco music on accordion. 

Creole cuisine will be served at the various stations. Spice up your day with some jambalaya, a "Rajun Cajun" burger at the Grill or a New Orleans muffaleta sandwich at the Deli. Resident Dining is open to all students, faculty, and staff. Lunch price is $7.99 for all-you-can-eat. Meal Swipes, Flex Dollars, Bengal Bucks, cash, and credit are accepted.
