College's Restaurant Institute Holds Launch Orientation at Waterfront Classroom

The School of the Professions' Small Business Development Center and the Department of Hospitality and Tourism, together with the Research Foundation, have collaborated to create an new program on campus, starting in 2008—the Restaurant Institute.
