Governor Cuomo signed an executive order on March 28, 2016, banning New York State–funded travel to the state of North Carolina. This ban, which includes SUNY Buffalo State, applies to previously scheduled state-funded travel beginning March 28, 2016, and extending until the ban is lifted.
