Today's Message

Dorcas Colvin, Associate Vice President for Policy and Planning, has accepted an appointment as Executive Vice Chancellor for Management and Strategic Initiatives at Winston-Salem State University, North Carolina. The appointment begins May 1, 2008. A member of the Buffalo State community since 1989, Colvin originally led Human Resource Management. She subsequently guided development and provided oversight to Buffalo State’s Strategic Plan 2003-2008 and is the architect of our successful Leadership Development Program.
