Fitness Center Updates for Spring 2024 Semester

Spring Hours
Monday-Thursday: 7:00 a.m.-10:00 p.m.
Friday: 7:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday: 10:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.

Our free fitness classes start Monday, February 5:

Mondays: Stretch and Mindfulness 12:15-1:00 p.m.
Tuesdays: Pilates 12:15-1:00 p.m.; Yoga 6:30-7:30 p.m.
Wednesdays: Arms, Abs, ASSets (AAA+) 12:15-12:45 p.m.; Spin 6:30-7:15 p.m.
Thursdays: Zumba 12:15-1:00 p.m.; Yoga 6:30-7:30 p.m.
Saturdays: Yoga noon-1:00 p.m.

All classes are held in the Dance/Multipurpose Room, Houston Gym 125 (downstairs from the Fitness Center).

Spin class are held in the Spin Studio, Houston Gym 003, (downstairs next to the racquetball courts).
