Please join us for the professional development workshop "Managing a Multi-Generational Workforce," on Thursday, October 12, from 9:00 a.m. to noon  in Butler Library 181B.

Employees from three generations are working together within organizations and are challenged with finding ways to effectively collaborate, communicate, and accomplish tasks. Baby Boomer, Generation X, and Millennial employees each have unique and important skill sets that can be utilized to create highly effective multi-generational work teams. This session will provide participants with a better understanding of generational differences and an opportunity to develop strategies to optimize generational strengths to produce desired results.?
