Tell Students: Drop-In Stress Management Group - Mondays

The Counseling Center is pleased to offer a drop-in stress management group on Mondays from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. starting February 19 and running through April 30. The stress management group is an experiential approach to stress management. Students learn different techniques to reduce and control their stress, including guided meditation, mindfulness practices, progressive muscle relaxation, and more.
