Free Literacy Assessment and Evaluation at the Buffalo State Literacy Center

The Buffalo State Literacy Center (Bacon Hall 227) is offering free literacy assessment and evaluation for children of Buffalo State students, faculty, and staff in grades K–12. Sessions run Mondays from 5:00 to 6:45 p.m. There are five sessions and one parent conference. Parents receive a diagnostic report with instructional recommendations for home and school. Children who attend will be eligible for one-on-one tutoring during the spring semester. Sessions begin Monday, October 29. Please call ext. 5917 or e-mail garasyka@buffalostate.edu to register.
