A new workshop format being developed is called Quick Concepts. Because everyone is busy and may not be able to attend a regular two- or three-hour workshop, Quick Concepts will offer one-hour workshops that key in on specific topics, such as how to set the line spacing, margins, and default fonts in Word 2010.
