Any student requesting to take a final exam in the Disability Services Office should have provided you with a disability accommodation letter from our office. Additionally, the student should request that you fill out a test cover sheet outlining your specific directions for the exam. If you have any questions regarding final exams and disability accommodations, please contact the Disability Services Office ext. 4500.
