2010 NYS Flex Spending Account Open Enrollment Deadline Is Monday, November 16

The open enrollment deadline for the 2010 Flex Spending Account (FSA) program is Monday, November 16, 2009. The program offers two benefits: the Health Care Spending Account (HCSAccount) and the Dependent Care Advantage Account (DCAAcount).
