This workshop on second-language acquisition will help you understand the types of support needed by second-language learners in a regular classroom setting. We will focus on lesson planning, teaching, and assessment strategies for all core content areas. If you are required to take the EAS exams for teacher certification, this workshop will help you better understand the Second-Language Acquisition portion of the exam. This workshop is available to participants campuswide and will be repeated three times during the semester. All workshops will be held on Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to noon in Bacon Hall 116:
