Ted Schmidt, associate professor and chair, Economics and Finance, presented the paper “Farm Credit of Western New York: A Case Study of a U.S. Financial Cooperative” at the third annual Colloquio Internacional sobre Pequeñas Empresas (Colloquium on Small Business Development) at the Universidad de Quintana Roo in Chetumal, Mexico, March 29 and 30.
