Jean Gounard, director, International Student Affairs, and vice president for advocacy, Western New York and Northwestern Pennsylvania Chapter of the Fulbright Association, spoke at the spring Fulbright conference of the chapter on future projects of the Fulbright Program, at Niagara University on April 21.
